Price on application

All monthly subscriptions (as above) include:
• Unlimited use of the MFJobTracker software
• FileMaker Pro licences (for duration of subscription)
• Remote hosting and off-site backups of your data
• Unlimited telephone/email support for the first 28 days from installation date (subject to fair usage).
• Up to an equivalent of 60 minutes per user per month
of telephone/email support after 28 days.

Support policy
Telephone and email support is available between 09.00 and 17.00 GMT Monday to Friday with a minimum charge allocation of 15 minutes per request. Although we aim to respond to any requests made of us within 4 hours, we do reserve the right to extend this response time to a maximum 24 hour period.
Support charges made over the monthly quota are invoiced on an ongoing monthly basis @ £65.00 per hour.

ONE-OFF SETUP COSTS

Data Migration
We can supply you with an Excel Spreadsheet into which you may transfer any existing contact data (clients, suppliers and prospects). We make a charge for migrating this data into your copy of MFJobTracker, for which we would estimate in advance.

Installation
We charge £32.50 per user/computer to install the necessary software and plugins.
We charge a fixed £50.00 setup fee (to configure the server and backups).

Training
Our comprehensive training sessions ensure that you get the most out of the solution so we ask that you commit to the following packages:
01-05 USERS - 4 hours’ @ £260.00.
06-10 USERS - 8 hours’ @ £520.00.
10 or MORE USERS - to be tailored and costed accordingly.
Although our experience shows that these packages are sufficient, you may purchase additional onsite and/or online training credits @ £65.00 per hour plus disbursements, if so required.

Subscriptions may be subject to yearly increases (in line with inflation).
Cancellation of service subject to one month’s written notice.
Your data will be emailed to you via Excel Spreadsheets on cancellation of the service for £195.00.
†Equivalent daily cost based on 30 days per month.
7FileMaker is limited to 250 users.
